Great staff. Beautiful pools -- one for the kiddos and one for lap swimming and lessons. The kids' pool has a shallow end for the little ones, a "river" with moving water, a huge red curvy slide, and then a larger swim area. Plus a huge hot tub for 16 and older. I took my kids there when they were little. Great for birthday parties too!
It's a great place to go and have fun at the kids the swimming pool is well-maintained it's clean and lots of lifeguards on duty
This place is a gem. I care for people (children & adults) who are on the autism spectrum or have another form of disability & this place has been an absolute wonderful resource for me. They take bus trips to all kinds of different locations, have open gym night for basketball, a wonderful & large swimming pool, etc. The staff are wonderful (& patient) people, too! If you haven’t used this resource in your community, I encourage you to please do!! I will add photos at a later date. I’m always so busy when I am there, I forget to take pictures. 😊
I was here with my students to play basketball. The gym is nice, and there was plenty of places to sit. I came later in the day to watch a different group of student play and they put the bleachers away and put a few chairs out. It became very crowed. Not sure who decision it was to put them away but it made it less pleasant.
amazing huge pool but pretty cold! my 1.5 year old was freezing the whole time, but she still had fun
It only gets 3 stars, for 3 reasons... one, the pool is a bit too warm, a few more degrees cooler, would really be more refreshing on hot days. Two, the only "deep" places in the pool, where one would be able to dive in, is the section that has roped off lanes for lap swimming, other than that, max depth is 5'9"... which is ironic, considering that lap swim doesn't have to be done in deep water. Third, the slide was closed for the first half hour we were there and the last hour we were there... meaning, the slide was only open for an hour, of the 2 and a half hour open swim session. The open swim sessions are VERY limited and I think they need to keep the slide open the whole time, otherwise, why did our taxes pay to have it built? On the good side, it's a GREAT place for younger kids. Giant wading pool and a lazy rivet with a whirlpool! And, although it wasn't open for nearly long enough, the slide is pretty dang awesome! Sik
This was our first time going and my daughter and I LOOOOVED it. The different pools were lots of fun and she loved the slide, as most kids do. The prices can’t be beat unless you go to the river or live somewhere with a pool. Def will go again next summer.
